SPA zone is very nice, clean and peaceful, receptionists at the SPA are also very positive and helpful. That being said everything else about this place is meh very small pool and saunas area, rooms need renovation, food choice at the restaurant is poor etc. Don’t expect luxury at all.

not really what was expected, had to upgrade the room and pay for it, hotel is far from the City Centre and hotel shuttle car is overpriced. Not very clean as well. Left wandering how it got 4stars. Dubai level would be 2 stars hotel at best.

Very good staff and professional services. Place itself may need some new coat of paint but the feeling there is very welcoming. We have felt very relaxed and taken care of.

This was a worst experience for us. Very bad
Customer service. I emailed the staff about late arrival aswell as questiona will the spa still work, no reply in 2 days, but when I asked for invoice via email they sent in 5 minsmoney is the main interest. Only the staff on reception speack english.. all the special offer and everything is in Lithianian..
We had a mix up because of this is the spa. There was special offer writen in Lithuanian, so I asked the girl who worked in the spa what is it,she replied salt room 2 eur today per pers. So i decided to try(this low price was tempting). Then on check-out it turns out the salt room is 6 eur per pers not 2 eur;D what the hell? Price is low,but how can a worker not explain this to us? Just awfull for a 4 star hotel

The location is in driving distance from the city,but it is ok since everything You neex is in the hotel.
The worst thing that ruined our stay-cooold pool!!! We were with kids and pool was our major activyty,however it was very cold.We heard many complains from adults as well and when got home-kuds got sick.
The breakfast menu is good,the rooms are ok-we got the apartment family,hoever there is no room dividing door-its just open so no could not watch tv since the kuds could clearly hear everything!!!

Rooms are ok, too small pool, and gets crowdy on weekends. Also restaurant works really slow because of crowdiness. We were waiting an hour for our supper.

This particular hotel is divided into 2 categories

1- Apartments
2- Hotel rooms

I will be reviewing the hotel rooms.

Pros:
The hotel is situated in a forest which makes it appealing for those wanting to let go of all the stress from the work week.

The surrounding grounds are vast and ample and some rooms have a view of the river.

There is ample parking for those that are driving to the location.

Cons:
* The rooms look like hospital style rooms with beds that are way too small for two people.

* The room we stayed in what dirty and the curtains where on the brink of falling on the ceiling rack.

* Staff are generally very unfriendly and not willing to help, I beleive this is due to lack of proper hotel school qualifications.

* Breakfast if you arrive at 10 am you will not have much of a selection to choose from, there was no coffee, no tea, no milk and had to request hot water and milk from the staff which I then waited around 10 min for.

The bacon seems like it has been boiled rather the cooked it sits in a stainless steel container swimming in its own fat.

Pastries well I never saw any as they were all gone and not being replenished with 1 hour left to go on service.

* Bar area where you would expect to be able to grab a coffee does not operate until after 12pm

This particular hotel is being sold and classed as a 4* Hotel well in my opinion (having stayed in many 4* and above hotels) doesnt merit even a 2 * rating.

I was truly and utterly disappointed with booking such a hotel, Needless to say I will not be staying again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if they paid me too.

My opinion: Stay away not worth the hassle.

Stayed for 2 nights and apartaments, service, facilities wasn't good. It was pretty bad. Atmosphere wasn't cozy, poor, without a soul interior. What about room service - green towels, which you have to take in pool, never changed.
Room air temperature control wasn't working and room smelled bad.
Restaurant also not like in a 4 star hotel: table sheets unclean, food is not about what you're paying for
