Just back from 3 weeks in Lithuania. Amberton Cosy Kaunus was not just the best hotel I stayed in on this holiday but the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms are very big and "cosy" it's so central and the staff are amazing.

The hotel is great staff is friendly and helpful. It's located quite well with restaurants and bars around it. The walk to the shopping mall is a bit lengthy but the views around the area make it a pretty nice walk. Bus routes seem a bit convoluted which makes walking a bit more preferable for me. All in all the hotel staff has helped make my trip all the more enjoyable.

No sockets by the beside, no proper large mirror in the room. Slippers and bathrobe are not provided. Room in general looks nice tho.

Nice standard hotel near the city center. Unfortunately their air-conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff is friendly and the place is nicely designed.

Beatiful hotel, right in the Centre, quite area and good price. Room is beatiful and big and also the bathroom, everything is clean when you arrive. Breakfast is also good. I spent 5 nights and room was cleaned only two days, and even in these two days to say that it was cleaned is too much, only bed was somewhat tidied up.

First off I just want to say I really did enjoy my stay here, but the service is a bit Luke warm. The room was nice and big but don't drink the water in the room (4 euros!) Also as seems to be the case in kaunas, avoid the breakfast, especially the coffee! Head to one of the nearby bakers on the strip for that.

People who work at this hostel don't know to receive clients. When i arrived, the 2 girls played outside and when i arrived, they became normal. No service, no pleasure to be in this hostel. The room stinked the new paint, no discount for that, impossible to talk to someone, everyone was very uncarefully! An athentic shame!I stayed only because i was exhausted. Very bad hostel for a 4 stars, the only advantage is the very good location in Kaunas.
