I would give 5 star as it was my first car rent and it went good.
Nobody checked tge car on returning but we got our deposit back.
You need to wash the car yourself as they will charge you.
Employee Dominykas very polite and experience hard worling boy.
I am giving 5 stars only because he did very good job.

Will not use again. Had to drop off the car in the airport car park at 4am to catch an early flight so there was no one to inspect it straight away. Later they tried to apply a charge for a really small barely visible scratch that apparently I have caused. Luckily I've taken lots of photos of the car when leaving it at the car park so in the end they decided not to charge me because it was clear that there were no scratches when I was returning the car.
No screenwash when got the car, only noticed it when left Vilnius so was very inconvenient.
Had to pay €15 extra for car cleaning, otherwise you have to wash and clean it yourself before returning.
€30 extra to be able to drive to Latvia.
Two stars only because of quick and friendly service at pick up desk, overall very negative impression.

Very rude and very professional scammers!! Avoid at all cost things may go right once or twice but eventually you will be targeted, Ignored and scammed. If you want to waste your money better just burn it or give it to strangers. This company will rip you off!

No problems at all, excellent service and quick confirmation by email after return that all was in good order. I was worried due to horrible reviews, but I took pictures of the car before and after for better protection from any accusation of non-existing micro damages. I booked via another web page, and not directly - no idea if this helps against any bad claimsI did my rental in 2017.

Avoid this company!

Despite the kind service I have to aware you of renting the car there.

I took a car very late night. The car was checked by them. It was dark outside to take a photos of the car.

When I returned the car I was charged 295€ because of the super small scratch on the bumper that wasn’t my fault.

Better not to rent in this company.

The car fuel was almost empty.

They are scammers on big scale. Its not only in Lithuania but other countries as well. HQ are in some farm. At least in Europe they should soon disappear.

Never use this company. They do not check your car when you return it!
Once you have left they will find damages that they claim you caused.
Ended up being charged over 650 Euros for a 5 day rental. I was able to prove with pictures that the damage was already on the car at start of rental. Able to get 250 Euros back. Communication is awful, and they provide inconsistent information. Impossible to talk to anyone.
AVOID!! You have been warned.

This company offers you either a above the usual price payment for "extra security", or it fully leverages your credit card reservation. Not even immediately after the return of your car, but later.

Stay away from such companies. No extra insurance should be required, and no insane damages should be calculated for what normal people would consider an invisible scratch.

Everything was ok with them.
I've red reviews couple days after I took the car. Poor people with their poor reviews, scared the sht out of me!
The only thing I didn't like was 600e deposit for 2 weeks, all the rest - Nothing to complain about!
Feel free to use, and enjoy your stay in Lithuania ;)

WORST CAR RENTAL EVER!
Dont rent a car at this company, believe me! Our car was not there when we arrived so the woman had to order one from a diffrent pick up. This took one hour! The fuel was empty (like really empty) although it should have been full to full. When we brought it back a guy was again half an hour late! Unbelievable!!

I rented cars many times. NEVER had been fooled, before I rented from these guys. In the beginning they sent me pictures of the "scratches" on the car roughly 20 min after I returned the car back. Thank god, i wasn't in the plane. I came back to see the "scratches" the guy took pictures of not cleaned car with white dust on the side and was trying to prove, that they cleaned it and it looked like scratches. The pictures were of a not cleaned car. And after 2 months, when I am gone from Vilnius, I get charged 570 EU from my bank account!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

If you booking through Wizzair, Ryanair or any other cheap flight company , this Green Motion company now seems to offer the best car hire prices
Make sure you read the many reviews, there is Facebook page GREEN MOTION CAR RENTAL-SCAMMED CUSTOMERS GROUP before booking them
Make your own mind up , but I would say if anyone book with them , you will be scammed, they will find the reason why , no petrol, dent , scratch, cleaning sucharge
I have been scammed €670 for a small chip on the windscreen. Don't know how it happened , cars have been issued other categories, at the dark places, no one is warning you to check a car before you drive , and it's not possible to do it especially at the night time as all cars parked at the dark ( no lights) car parks
It's up to you to do what you want , just I hope this post will help someone to stay out of this company, avoid GREEN MOTION

I do Agreed, this company practices what I would define a real fraud. I rent a car for a week yes the prices was good 60 euros for 5 days a great deal. i have to leave a pre-authorization for 600 euros amount makes the final expense not anymore so convenient. In any case, I regularly signed master card recipe in guarantee. I returned the car in perfect condition, earlier then in our agreement and its tank was filled with more fuel then at the moment of the withdrawal. At the agency desk, nobody invited me to check the car and to make a proper control of the car condition. I did not ask for a document attesting I returned the car in perfect condition. they inspected the car at the return of the rental. Then Once back to my country, I received an email claiming a refund for the "damage" I was responsible of and they withdraw not 364,00 Euros, 400 US dollars. to cover the damage that I never did. a scratch in the bumper under the car close to the motor. I am contested this charge DO NOT use this rental service EVER, unless to pay attention to their procedures, step by step. They will charge you if you are international tourist.

This company practices what I would define a real fraud. I booked a car through the Ryan Air web site at a very convenient price. Once at the Vilnius airport, the employee treated not to accept my booking because they had new rules asking for an availability of 900,00 Euro on the client credit card and not anymore 600,00 Euro. After a discussion I accepted to pay a second amount for an insurance against damages with a deductible amount of 325,00 Euro. In this way the availability on my credit card had to be only 325,00 Euro. This second amount makes the final expense not anymore so convenient. In any case, I regularly signed a Visa recipe in guarantee. I returned the car in perfect condition, earlier then in our agreement and its tank was filled with more fuel then at the moment of the withdrawal. At the agency desk, nobody invited me to check the car and to make a proper control of the car condition. I did not ask for a document attesting I returned the car in perfect condition. Then, Once back to my country, I received an email claiming a refund for the "big damage" I was responsible of and they withdraw not 325,00 Euro but 365,00 Euro to refund the damage I never did. Of course, I contested this behavior and asked to some friends in Lithuania to get a solution, but unless the damage witnessed with strange photos had an estimation of less then 150,00 Euro in the end I have had to pay the amount they were asking for. I'm really upset for this unpleasant and not fair ending. Therefore, do not use this rental service, unless to pay attention to their procedures, step by step. Next time, I'll choose an international organization, which offers me better guarantees.

Suspect that the negative reviews are fake. They were very professional and helpful with a staff of at least 5 people, the cars were standing right outside the main airport entrance (see my picture from view from the driver's seat). It was a bit snowy, so I did have to clear the car with a snow brush. It was new car model with 25.000km, with plenty of space. I also got an E-mail confirming that return was in order next day after return.

I often read very bad reviews about GreenMotion elsewhere in the world so I normally don't dare use them - but took a chance in Vilnius as the ratings were OK on the rental agent page I used.

Maybe I'm a bit naiv, I generally have a good impressions of Lithuanians - a bit like Nordic people, reliable from my experience :)

We really appreciated the renting by this company. At the airport the employee accompanied us with our luggage to the car parked outside.

The car was clean, full tank and we indicated the little damages on the contract.

We also liked the fact that we hadn't to clean the car and also to leave the tank empty with a correct extra charge (30€ for full tank).
Because our plane was early, we left the keys and car documents in the letter box at the office. We received an email two days later saying that everything was OK and we won't have any other charge on the credit card.

We will rent with this company again.
