  The service at the car rental desk was great and the assistant was very polite and helpful. However she did not do the car "check-in" process with us and as a result, we were accused of causing damage to the car and stealing the first aid kit and fire extinguisher (which weren't there, to begin with). That's when the service started deteriorating, the response from the manager was appalling, there was no understanding, only accusations. He also sounded immature threatening to put us on a blacklist, which he would share with other rental companies, only because we expressed our dissatisfaction with their service. I'd highly recommend avoiding companies such as this one and be sure to thoroughly go through the "check-in" and "check-out" process, don't just drop the car keys through the letterbox and get on an early flight, it's not worth the risk. Oh, and check for scratches underneath the car bumper, as you may be charged for damage like we did (415 euros). This won't be visible just by looking at it, you'll need to kneel down and pop your head under the car. That's how ridiculous it is!

  I Have rented from few companies before( major big companies) and so far it was my best experience. Reception Lady was very friendly and helpful. Car also was very good. Easy return and comfortable location. Recommended.

  I advise everybody to carefully check the devices that are delivered with the car because I had to pay 30 euros for a phone holder that supposedly was in the car, but I assure you that it was not.

  Easily the best car rent service in Vilnius Airport. Everything is very well though out. From free coffee and sweets, warm and welcoming staff to occasional car upgrades will make your stay in Vilnius free of any worries.

  Sehr schlecht!
  Ich habe am erste nur für 52,25€ Buchung haben, aber wenn ich komme zu ADC rent, das war anderes - ich habe 82,25€ (!) bezahlen.
  VW UP war technische nicht in Ordnung und für schlechte Liatauen Wetter sehr gefährich.
  ADC rent ist in nicht bequem Ort.
  Ich nie mehr ADC Rent benutzen.
  Das war am schlechteste Erfahrung in meinem Leben mit dem Mietwagen Service.
