The service here is very low. Long time to get out the car. Very unfriendly service.
I expect a bit more here.
As always are not all costs for insurance coverd so they want you to buy more insurance for a high price.

Poor Service. Short and customer unfriendly opening times. Charging you afterwards for all kind of unnecessary insurances, late-hours. Please avoid it !!

Avoid this Hertz rental as they scams you 300euro when you returned a car that has microscopic windscreen scratch that already present. They fool you and let you overlook it when you check in the car at night time in the outdoor carpark. We are filing a claim against this dishonest business. The name of their representative is Agne Andruseviciute.
Avoid this Hertz branch totally or you will screw yourself up.
The Consumer Council and Tourist Board should blacklist this Hertz franchise as they defame the reputation of Hertz and Vilnius!response / report this review -
