  Very poor customer care. The staff is not so welcoming, specially if u are a young gent. The waiting time is super long. U have to wait until the staff finish there private chats. The women behind the counter are very rude. They are not helping you to go for a good selection,but pushing u to buy what they want and to finish the job asap. Not again, even i get totaly blind.

  I tried to contact this place for 3 hours over the phone to inquire about an eye surgeon,but no one seems to bother to anwer the phone..When i visited that doctor one month back there was this girl who was calling out the names of the patient and her voice was inaudible..poor customer care

  You must take care of one customer after the other, not go and chat with your friends in the middle of service. Not sure if I even received the same frame I picked, there were a bunch of them from the same model of different sizes and I believe I chose a smaller frame than what I received--could have been misplaced during messy customer service. The glass/coat is also prone to scratch when wiping with soft cloth (of course there will be some dust particles), and I cannot compare this pair with my older pair (from a different seller) I got for about the same price.
