Scammers! I ordered Essiolor Crizal lenses for delivery to Matara branch. When they arrived two days late they were scratched (must be blind to miss those marks!). Had to wait for new ones but when they arrived it was not the Essilor Crizal but some inferior quality evident from the colour tint and missing watermark!!! Probably thought they could fool a stupid tourist! Refused any compensation whatsoever in a very arrogant manner. Had to wait for a third delivery this time to Negombo branch less than 24 hours before leaving for Europe. They will probably serve up a bunch of lies and excuses in reply. Decide for yourself if this is a company to trust or not!

The best and the most excellent optical services in Sri Lanka. The most friendly and experienced workers. Even though the lenses i got recommended from a doctor was very painful they changed it FREE OF CHARGE for the best suitable lenses for me. This is my personal review. I always recommend VISON CARE!!

Went in to buy a replacement frame for my reading glasses. Very poor assistance / service provided. Prompt response was, we don't do that, we don't have frames to fit the glasses. What happens if the frame broke, are we to buy complete spectacles (including glasses)?. Very nice business strategy. Irony was, I bought the glasses from this same establishment.

I received my very good specs at a competitive price. What's more one lense was hirting my eyes and they changed the lense free of charge even though i had received the prescription from a channeled doctor.
