  Villa Ivy Crest is one of the best places to stay in Colombo. Bedrooms were Clean and tidy. the atmosphere was nice and feel at home. Extremely friendly, smiling and helpful staff. food was fresh and delicious. I would say this a hidden Gem & Real value for the money. Recommend as a Cool, Guest friendly boutique hotel in Colombo.

  Mouthwatering food
  
  Since we were sort of tired after a long tour we wanted to stay at the villa itself and get meals from there. It was an English breakfast which is common as in everywhere but the lunch was superb. They had a good variety for the lunch but we tried rice and curry as we wanted to try something Sri Lankan. It was the best rice and curry we ever had during our stay in Sri Lanka. The aroma, color, presentation and taste were all perfect. For the dinner we had a chicken noodles and it was also really delicious as well. And their prices were very reasonable too.

  Calm n quite. Spacious room. A balcony with a touch of greenery around. Every morning when you wake up, you will hear the birds chirping.Very friendly, happy faces all around will make you feel "at home". Good managment. A team of young and energetic personnels tries their level best to make your stay homely. ** Good Sri lankan breakfast. The interior decor is extremely "chick" "elegant" and eco friendly. A double roof with extra height will give you an impression of a church. Eco-ventillation. 15 /20 mins walk to the parliament, a beautiful lake with a side walk and an allée for cycling, a gym centre. ** 20/25 mins away from hustle bustle of the commercial district but very close to the administrative one with all civil amenities.You can always grab a taxi (uber, pick-me)/ tuk-tuk. Overall, a good value for money. You will love your stay.”

  Actully there was small problem with the reservation time. because of a bug in online booking page system. It took almost couple of hours to sort it out since I arrived early hahaa Meanwhile, the workers at the reception area were very very patient and tried to help me as much as they can at thire best, while waiting I even got served some tasty coffee to ease the waiting. After sorting it out with Booking problem on internet Customer service that were also very helpful and quick in their response, when I checked in, they gave me complimentary wifi connection, heavy breakfast and access to the executive lounge. The breakfast was amazing and each one of the staff member is super nice and always willing to help. Thus is definitely the BEST place to stay in this area. I really like this hotel.
