Very friendly staff, location very close to the beautiful beach with nice garden to relax. Our room was old and there have been ants in the bed. Also there was a litlle gecko and we've found one dead bed bug. This should be checked before guests arrive. The closet in the room smelled very bad, maybe because of some insecticides? The bathroom was clean but definitely needed a renovation. To be honest the bed was too small, it didn't reach 1.90 meters length. But anyway it was a nice stop after a long and exhausting flight. They also send us a driver for pick up at the airport (charge 2.000 srilankan rupies, wich was a bit to much we think).
If you stay one or two nights it's okay.

positiv: directly close to the flat Sandbeach where you can swim in the ocean (this is rare at the island because of the dangerous currents) + garden with free sunbed where you can see beautiful sunset at west direction + good kitchen with low prices also dishes for western/international taste + close to Airport and center

negative: very old bathroom ; - to short bed,it was not more than 190cm ; - very tiny rooms; - the facility looks very old and has to be renewed ; - unmotivated stuff that closes the kitchen at 9:30pm = this means that you get only closed drinks (beer,fanta,sprite) and nobody is able to make drinks like Fruitjuice (lemon, pineapple etc.) ! VERY LOUD SURROUNDING (AIRPLINE, Neighbors etc) AND LOUD TALKING STUFF @ NIGHT WITH NO BEHAVIOR // I WOULD SUGGEST THIS STAY ONLY FOR SHORT TERM WITH MAXIMUM 2 DAYS

Брали туда тур. Все дружелюбные, по английски и по немецки говорят. Останавливаться можно на пару дней на ночлег, по идее ловить больше нечего. а у нас туда было аж 10 дней. В номерах нормально, вполне уютно, если изначально понимать, что это Шри_Ланка и не нужно ожидать тут "еврика". Я вообще думаю, чтобы действительно познать жизнь этой страны нафуфыренные отели тут ни к чему.
Пляж грязный, очень грязный! Мы видели отзывы, о том что там грязно, но все же поехали туда в Негомбо Мы брали мопеды уезжали своим ходом вниз острова на пляжи в Хиккадуву, Галле,по чистоте пляжей это небо и земля. По возвражению из Хиккадувы в Негомбо, я даже больше в воду не смогла зайти, потому что в воде можно встреть бутылки, салфетки и всякую грязь , что приносит волнами, не пляжный там все-таки отдых, к сожалению. Ориентируйтесь на юг острова при поездке на Шри-Ланку. Питание не дорогое, да и проживание при уместном торге тоже.
