This place has only 7 rooms and we got very friendly and helpful services. Food is prepared well and delicious. The location is great. Very relaxing and peaceful place.

Cozy little joint. Formerly used to have an almost private beach . Now adjoining propeeties are building-up so until next winter it will have it's charm.
Very friendly staff. The dining experience could bea little redundant. Dining vice nwould be better not to stay more than two or three days.

Very nice spot in the deep south of Sri Lanka. Not that tourist destination and therefore a quiet place. If you like beaches without the mobile sellers, then you are right here. Great view around the beach. Start point for bird watching.

The Turtle Bay is a beautiful, beautifil place. The hotel is built in a stunning beach. Soft yellow sand and huge lava stones, roaring seas and gentle palms - this all makes for a paradise.
The hotel is quite small, just few rooms and small restaurant. Some members of staff speak good English, some not. Never mind, they all are smiley, very polite and helpful.
The manager does everything to please you. He for example, gathered, I was on a glutten-free diet. He immediately offered to bring milk rice for the breakfast, instead of toasts.
Breakfast, indeed, is fantastic. Try local fresh juices and fruit places. As for the dinner, I think local cuisine should be preferred to European one.
Rooms and bathrooms are very big and clean. The staff put flowers on the bed and makes swan from towel. The whole design is modern and very pleasing. Quality of service and experience is very high.response / report this review -

We had an amazing time at Turtle Bay Resort. The staff took care of everything during our stay with lots of details and a very good service. The food was excellent and very reasonable prices. If you want to scape from the crowds this would be my choice. Secluded spot, quite and very friendly. We loved the time we spent here.

This was hands down the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. This boutique hotel is beautiful, spacious, clean and has an incredible beach side location. The infinity pool is also perfect, with plentiful places to hang out in the sun or shade. You feel disconnected and oh-so relaxed the minute you step through the door! Though the thing that really makes this place amazing is the staff. They are all wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful and make your stay more than comfortable. And the foodhonestly the tastiest, freshest and best presented food of our trip! Healthy, delicious and satisfies any craving you have! Thank you for everything you did, I would recommend this hotel and resort to anyone and everyone!

"Turtle Bay" is a butique type of hotel situated by the clean and long beach at a small mountain. Rooms are specious, clean & very much detailed. Food is fabulous & staff is very much friendly. There is a bird sentuary close to the hotel with millions of birds & hotel arranged birds watching tour for us. We enjoyed and relaxed our stay a lot and this is a place to be visit again.
The entrance road to the hotel from the main road is damaged & I have to spend half an hour to travel that small distance.response / report this review -
