Really good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The nice thing is if you are doing the safari through the hotel, it leaves directly from there. The guide for the safari was excellelent as well, being both enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Be aware that breakfast may not be included in either your booking or the safari.

Details were lacking, but the overall stay was okay. The local made food is nice, and the Yala safari booked at Tissa Resort was priced right (10000 rupees 2 pers.) and the guide who came with us sympathetic.
