  There is no view point at the peak.. there is only a communication tower on the peak..
  It will take maximum 1 hour to go to the top.. the path is clear to the top.. easy to vist.. not a difficult hike.. hike starting point is situated near to the pattipola entrance of the hortanplains national park..

  3rd highest mountain of the Sri Lankan. Elevation is 2,357m. 2km of path to the peak. No need any guidance in the hike. walk in the path that`s all. There is a nice view point when you reach more than half of the path. there is more than 180 degrees view up in there. You can find a walkie talkie signal tower in the peak. You can find many varieties of flora and fauna in here. Especially birds. This is a biodiversity hotspot so please make sure that do not disturber any animal or their behavior especially in the breading season. Take only photos put only foot prints.
