Friendly helpful staff. Suggest to have a kettle & couple of milk powder, sugar bags. Food needs to be improved.Has a nice view to the mountains.

I stayed there on 30 march and package included only the breakfast. Nice place and freindly staff. But i noted follwing weaknesses.
01. Electric Kettle had not been given for the room. Even in low rated hotels it is available in the room
02. In the night they asked us to select the breakfast menu. We selected string hoppers. For the breakfast they served some string hoppers with 3 curries. When requested an omlet they said that any other item can not be served under the package . String hoppers also had not boiled well and given curries had not been prepared well.response / report this review -

Cute place. Very nice terrace and view. Tasty food. Polite people.
Rooms are stuck in 80's, water is or freezing cold or boiling hot and equipment is basic. We were (literally) only guests in the hotel that night, so it was a bit spooky.response / report this review -

Was a nice place with friendly staff ! The rooms were clean and cosy with a heater . The bathroom was good . Not unclean. The restaurant and the garden were lovely too. Had a good time ! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Friendly staff good service but our clients didn't like the comfort and surrounding, garden view is totally different from the leaflets they promote, again our clients didn't like the rough ride from right turn. 😓

The location of the hotel makes it exceptionally good for a relaxing weekend getaway. Friendly service makes you feel like home. Food is really great, variety and tasty. A must stay place if you visit nuwara eliya.

Near the hotel the path has to carpet. The food is delicious. The environment is pleasant and staff is friendly. The rooms should be upgraded with nice seenary and it should consist a mini bar. Generally it's a nice place to visit

Visited but didn't stay here. Found a much better bungalow with an excellent view and outdoor options down the same lane for a fraction of the price here.
