The worst financial officer in negombo branch if they cannot pass the loan the best way that they can say we can't. I have been noticed from there they have delay the loan almost for three months and the officer on duty was supportive for people who are giving money on privately for him. The officer Name is Rukman. Even this service not worth for a one star.

When I went to this place around 2.30- 3.00 pm in a week day no one was in the building,after few minutes security guy came and said all the staff is in a meeting and it will take around 1hour or more. But all the doors are opened. Bad service and they even dont know how to talk to their customers
