  Worst leasing company.
  I had completed the lease of my vehicle 1 yr ago but as the final document i recieved a wrong key (intelligent key premio 260)which is not in my car standard as well.luckily i bought the car from a home so i called to the previous owner and he told me he handedover the correct key to lb finance.I did my leasing in mt lavinia branch and lb finance couldn't handle and told me now there is a new manager in mt lavinia branch.
  Worst customer service i complained more than 10 times and nearly 3 months and they couldn't do anything finally i gaveup.When i go to the kottawa branch they told they couldn't handle because leasing did by mt lavinia branch.
  Finally i asked a question from them without checking the correct key before taking from previous owner if you need to cease a vehicle how do you do?Their answer is they have so many other ways.
  My opinion is to go for a goverment leasing company not to this kind of places
