It's a private company with a good reputation in providing valuations for leasing. Only issue is that the service they provide is like a government office. They never communicate about the process. They will keep you waiting for more than an hour without giving you reasons. Ample amount of parking in the facility is a plus.

This place is useless, their knowledge of cars is laughable..i have seen a c class amg line trim,matte colour getting a valuation amount of a base model,the paint is a 3000$++ option alone.
A base range rover swb with a massive valuation of an autobiography lwb..
**It is highly recommended to do the valuation by yourself if you want to go here, not through the vehicle sale, as you can be misleaded quite easliy.**
This is why the big leasing companies have their own valuation departments!!.response / report this review -

One of the worst place makes you feel angry customer service very bad telephone operator and all staff don't know how to talk to the costemas.. i was called to them to take vehicle valuation report i'm really feeling very bad. service not up to standed never recommend this place anyone

Well this the head-office of De Silva Motor Valuators . The staff is top notion and accurate you don't have to be unhappy about there valuation .
