Ugly channeling center i never saw. I booked Dr sandya Bandara for channel by baby and my number was 1. We came here on time.But they said they enter patient by coming order. I ask them so then why you give us a bokking no. Im very upset and i like to say everyone never come to this place.

Horrible Service ever!

This is not a hospital or a medical center. Please stay away!!!

Starting for the Channeling service its only greedy money earning minded service. For health concerns this place could be best epicenter for covid-19, None of the preventive measures for Covid-19 is properly practiced! From the staff to their duties and patients with the pains and illness its a nightmare, Its crowded more than a Sunday market during channeling hours , Only thought is to be waiting with fear to get off the channeling area,

Unfortunately had to ward my family and there again everything and all excuses given was only to make extra money, Anyone would careless over the their loved ones and i was no except and to only accept their stories at that time. , but this place not! What more do i have to tell about the Doctor who was directed by the channeling upon entering the hospital - Apparently she is connected to the hospital management which makes clear sense of her poor interest and service.

Would give NO stars! -hope makes clear how horrible this experience was.

There is no free of charge car park.they charging from customers like a public car park.

Unexectable Very poor service for private hospital.if need to get some details, we need to go here and there like a marigo round.on oyherhand there is no chance to pay by any cards for appointment bill and doctor charges.they collect doctor charges Infront of doctor rooms like a public toilet.

Doctors were not on time
Punctuality level 0%
The Doctor we consulted (Dr. Asoka karunanda) scared us a lot and he was just targeting to earn money. We’re not satisfied with his treatment and medical advices so we consulted another doctor at another place and he told there’s nothing to worry about my wife’s medical condition and no need of admitting her at hospital, and she’s doing fine now
And more over as Muslims we heard racist comments from a security staff at this place

Several services available. It would be grate if they could supply all the medicinal items from their pharmacy. 💊💊💊💊💉💉Cleanliness good. Hospitality is grate. The service staff including nurses pay alot of care to the patient when they admit in the hospital. The food they supplying is healthy and the dishes are clean.🏥🏥🏥🏥🏥🏥🏥🏥

This is the only place in Kandy to go us. That's why we come here because there is no any option. Rude staff & they don't know how to treat patients. They didn't accept card payment ( upstairs counters). Is this your service???? Also we have to wait for 30min;. What a horrible service.. We a waiting for Asiri Hospital. Every one know quality between Asiri & Suwasewana. Asiri Please come soon. Suwasewana your end is coming soon..

A worse experience.
The staffs aren't trained well and they lack qualification.
I HAD TO CALL THE RECEPTIONIST LIKE FOR A BILLION TIME AND SHE HANGED THE CALL JUST BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH.
English is a common language and at least they should know the basic of it or else gave the call to someone else who could actually communicate.
When I FINALLY booked an appoinment with sooo much struggle and went there I again had the worse experience in the reception.
ALL I WOULD SAY IS PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE PROPER QUALIFICATION BEFORE EMPLOYING THEM.
Moreover, it was really hot over there. They charge money but the air conditioners aren't working.
Rather than that the doctors were nice and humble.
But the struggle with receptionist and the place were REAL.

When my brother got admitted to this hospital for a minor surgery the receptionist only gave the expensive rooms after he inquired further she realized she would get caught red handed and quickly mentioned all other less expensive rooms.

when my father got admitted to remove kidney stones they charged very high for their mediocre room services, most of the nurses aren't properly trained ( they don't know how to insert saline catheter properly to the hand )

I believe that those who gave 5 stars to this hospital only had minimum experience with this hospital and of course some doctors & nurses maybe honest ; but that doesn't make the whole hospital good overall this hospital is one of the MOST CORRUPT HOSPITAL in Sri Lanka.

Some of u might think that I might have received the service from some CORRUPT nurses and other staff members and that doesn't make the whole hospital bad but if u inquire someone who had stayed in this hospital for at least 3 or 4 days u will understand the bigger picture and realize the TRUTH

and if u ignore all this and go ahead and get admitted in this corrupt hospital u will realize the truth the hard way, and then at least write ur experience here then at least others can learn.

I am saying all of these things bcoz most of the reviews in Google maps are really shallow and inaccurate and any idiot can write a review.
so most people don't take these Google reviews seriously
so I wanted to tell my truth by explaining in a little detail

Friendly staff with a good service. You can meet all the doctors at one palce and can do all the tests and checkups at the same place. The staff is very helpful and they are very kind. Located at a busy place but they have parking facilities. They provide all the services at one place. It's easy for the patients.
They have fair channeling fees compared to the rest of the channeling centers located in Kandy that I have visited before.
Most of the doctors are punctual and they are very friendly and kind. They take much time and examine the patients well. They provide a good service for the payment we made.

Cost is too much & car park is too far.. always crowded & they want us to be hurry.. But good customer service & friendly nature.. Building are every where & packed everything I think it because limited space. Ambulance service is good & ‘some’ Doctors are kind..

Very bad hospital with really unprofessional staff. Nurses are rude. We stayed in rooms 150- 158 ward. No doctor arrived to check the patient for more than 24 hours. Really dirty toilets and dirty rooms.

I have been here once at the OPD and, they don't have separate OPD, emergency care unit is dealing with OPD patients, and it's look like government hospital, if you want to go to OPD it's better to find a government hospital rather than waiting here hours at least it is free for you, I had to wait more than 45mins to meet a doctor.. After all doctor was a good professional..

Worst charges are high..services are soo cheap. There were 100s of patients and only 2 fans. I had to beg to put the fan. It was damn sweating and no air ventiation. The feeding room also doesnt have a fan. Very unfair. Pathetic experience.

One of the leading private hospital in kandy. But always offers poor service. They have lift which restricted for patients. If you need to use water dispenser you have to bring cup from home. I guess management have serious attitude issue.
The only reson patients are keep coming they dont have any other option

Very poor service. Nurses are not well trained. Patient care is very poor. It's best not to admit patients at emergency situations. People go to private hospitals expecting more facilities, care etc. But I feel it is the opposite when it comes to private hospitals like this. It is true that the facilities are less in government hospitals, but they have a well trained, experienced staff. And doctors examine patients couple of times a day at government hospitals. I hope at least Asiri Hospital which is under construction will change this culture in the future. We expect a better service.
When you go to Suwasewana pharmacy, you have to wait hours even to get few medicines. Channelling section us fairly ok.
Specially, in case of an emergency related to a child, never ever go to this place. They don't know how to handle such situations.

This is one of the private hospitals in kandy. Many of the doctors do their private practise here. The room facilities are available as well.
