customer service is very poor, I had to wait more than 20mins to meet customer service officer. Even call for the customer service number over the phone had to wait so long to get it answered.

No parking space, but customers can park there vehicles on the road. Not nice thing, but there will not be any block/ traffic due to that.
also had to say kind a friendly service offered, not the best but enough for catching up the customers.
I have gone to buy a 4g router. And they did not take a long time, they have finished all the documentation and buying process within 15 minutes.response / report this review -

We can have self service facilities in most of Sri Lanka telecom offices all around the island. It's more convenient regarding bill issues.
