We had dinner after a busy days work. Had a wonderful sri lankan meal. Great place, very calm and quiet. Lot of foreigners were there when we were having dinner. They were having a wonderful time, so did we.

Great setup . Lighting in the bathrooms are a bit low. One of the best if not the best in Mahiyangana. Staff is cool.

Really bad service. Manager has no sense on the customer service and speaks very aggressively. They do not refill food at the buffet. Even when requested to refill, they just ignore the guests and finally say they do not have that item anymore. Unless you are early to the buffet, you will end up with no options. They treat different customers different ways. Some were given the welcome drink and some were not, and no explanation on the selection policy for the welcome drink. Rooms are modern, but food is quite average. When there are wedding receptions at the hotel, it occupies the whole lobby area and the restaurant. Drinks were served in the corridors of the guests’ rooms. Hotel guests were left with no place to stay. Even staying inside the room is not possible because of the loud music from the wedding reception. Management always gives priority to the wedding reception than the guests and shamelessly ask the guests to step out of the hotel until the wedding reception is over. Always check with the management if any wedding receptions are scheduled in case you still decide to stay in this hotel. I do not recommend this place.

Our stay there was of the cliff. My family and I enjoyed it there to the max. It was quite classy and moreover very homely. I recommend it for anyone who is longing for a holiday and a nice place to crash in ;)

We had a marvelous stay in Mahiyanganaya at the KevansCasa city hotel. Very good service and excellent dining too..Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. The room was very comfortable in every way. We were impressed by all of the staff within the hotel..Thanks Mr.Chaminda and staff for your hospitality..we will certainly be staying here again..
