The staff are exceptionally kind, patient, and knowledgeable about their products. We finished our tour of Sri Lanka and our last stop was Spa Ceylon. The staff were courteous to let us have a last minute pedicure booking on the spot as well as hold our baggage while we ate nearby. The products are expensive for Sri Lankan standards but very affordable for foreigners. I loved their no plastic policy. They declined to wrap products in plastic for travel purposes and insisted that paper would do and that their products wouldn’t explode during air travel. I love this place and will return soon.

Confirmed my friend's and my full body massage appointments for 8pm (which I made in person by visiting the location). At 7pm I was told by the front desk that we were never promised the 8pm timeslots and the best they could offer was foot massages at 8.30pm. Too bad they didn't just own up to having screwed up instead of resorting to lies.

Adjacent to a pub and very very noisy. Could not get relaxed totally. The therapist were OK.

Went to the shops at the airport and the service was so shocking I have to leave a review. Usual behaviour where sales staff are falling over the foreign tourists and ignoring srilankan customers - was left for 15 minutes while 2 sales ladies followed 1 tourist. Then when i finally asked my questions, got a 2 word esponse and they ran right back to the tourist. Pls train your staff in basic customer service - colour of your skin is not proportionate to spending ability - you are losing sales due to your ignorance.

Came here all the way for shopping and to find out their massage package is way over priced! Rs8000-10000 for an hour body massage is NYC LON SIN price tags! No way! Thailand, Bali, India & China are way better! The service is slow and poor too!

Very disappointing for the price. 2nd time I've been, first time was great. This time the massage therapists weren't very good and when I asked how long they'd been trained, no one there could answer the question. Disappointing, won't go back.

A casual place not at all high end. Nice hospitality but foot and head massage was ok. Very dark inside.
