I been a customer for nearly 5 years but they have decided to cancel the membership of the members(without any prior notification or email) who are inactive for more than 12 months which is totally BS and not a good customer service.We were very disappointed with that new rule still bought products worth allot as usual. Unfortunetly there is no appreciation for loyal customers who aren't able to purchase the products every 3 months as they live abroad.

This is a upscale ayurvedic spa. Customer care is good.
Better service from all signature spas. This pace is providing such an exceptional service and concept. A spa with great reputation and excellent service was what Sri Lanka was lacking until Spa Ceylon.response / report this review -

Even though you have make a appointment ahead of the time you go there sometimes you might have to wait until the therapists are available. In my case l had to wait for like close to 30 mins until a therapist available. Some rooms are not well cleaned as well. I took a full body massage and that not worth for the money you pay. If you looking a massage for a back-pain or leg pain you should select separate messages not the full body. Because when it comes to full body focus they put on those areas are very less. Hope this helps someone.

I tried the 'Ultimate Foot Rub' and i think it's quite value for money. The masseuse was quite professional and gentle. Big fan of the little treats at the end.
You would rather go for the Ultimate than just the foot ritual which is the basic one.response / report this review -

The place is nice and you can find vast collection of different spa products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt the products are overly priced but you should check out this place if you are on a visit to Sri Lanka.
