I went with a group of friends and we all had a strange experience. This could be a cultural thing. Part of the problem was the language barrier so we didn't anyways know what to do, which is fine, we figured it out. Some of the strange parts were completely undressing in front of strangers (of the same sex) and being told to rest after the massage. My therapist sat in the chair with her eyes closed. Not what I'm used to. The massage itself was ok. Too much emphasis on the legs and way too much oil was used.

Must visit shop in Colombo. Love their ayuverdic massage. Their handmade soap is my all time favorite. Especially Bakmi soap, it is with scrubbing function. Another famous product is their mosquito repellent series. Works perfectly!

I went here because of a stiff neck and back that was really uncomfortable. The ambience was really nice with the feel of stepping into some bygone era where Sinhalese medical miracles were everywhere.
After a consultation with the ayurveda doctor I was recommended treatment for my neck and back. The treatment really helped to relax and unwind my muscles.
The staff are really kind and helpful. The lady who did my treatment was really friendly and I was relaxed right throughout the massage.
Will definitely visit again and would recommend for anyone who needs to relax and unwind

The place to go in case you need a good ayurvedic massage. the treatment is done by professionals. i was in deep slumber soon after the treatment begun. my only concern of this place was the number of steps and levels which needs to be negotiated between the treatment rooms. it's not disable friendly at all.wonder how disable customers are treated here.

I went for a foot massage, it was definitely the best i have received.. an hours solid massage . A little pricey but definitely value for money. Good techniques used. I constantly get foot pain due to increase exertion, and this definitely relaxed my feet.

Quite ok. I took a full body massage and it was good. But need more improvements. Changing rooms are too dark and not pleasent. Interior is little gloomy and atmosphere not giving much relaxation to your mind. Its better if they play some relaxing music. I suggest them to move to a new place.

had signature treatment for stress relief. nice place. good infrastructure. improvement sought on the towels provided as all of them had strong smell of ayurvedic oils.
