  I went here twice within two days once just with my wife and once with my wife and friends and we all truly enjoyed it.
  
  Their couple message was amazing and so was their individual massage at which I felt so relaxed and comfortable I fell asleep.
  
  Personally if you're in Sri Lanka and want to go for a massage or are staying at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel I would definitely recommend treating yourself or someone you love to a massage here as you/they will truly enjoy it.

  This is my second time in Sirilanka. I went to this spa 2 years ago. I can say I had the best massage ever on my life. In fact, when I travel to any country, I try their massage, but nothing like this one. This time I'm visiting sirilanka with my family and I recommend this spa for my wife.

  The membership is worth the amount. It includes the gym, sauna, spa and swimming pool. Massages and the restaurant are 10% off for members. However, you have to be in a waiting list to obtain membership.
