WORST Private hospital I have ever been to!!! From the receptionist to the Head nurse “RUDE” is the only word I describe them. A bunch of hidden charges, they have some thing called “ General Nursing Care Charge and Ward procedures” in their final receipt, where Nurses stay IDLE ALL DAY AND WE ARE FORCED TO DO ALL MEDICAL PROCEDURES but at the end of the day we have to pay.
BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS WITH THE LADY AT THE BILLING COUNTER, WHERE YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO EVERYTHING SHE SAYS AND NO CLARIFICATIONS WITH HER, AND PAY HER HOW MUCH EVER SHE DEMANDS.

OVERALL THE WORSTEST EXPERIENCE!!!! WOULD RECOMMEND THE GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL IN RATNAPURA.

One of the worst hospital i ever been, Customer services not systematized, big ques in the middle of the hall ways,no enough seats,poor hygiene in toilets,rude nurses,overall very bad experience for a privet hospital.i recommend to visit rathnapura government hospital rather than visiting sinhe hospital.

Its so hard to call and channel a doctor Even if they do answer your call after 5 mins on hold, they transfer it to a number which keeps ringing endlessly. Waste of phone bill

Singhe Hospital Rohala junction Ratnapura. It is a private hospital in ratnapura. There are so many doctors and facitilise in here. Vere confotable and very good self care service in here. All facilitice are given in here and very sectoin cover in here.

Considering the fact that there's only one other private hospital in town to compete with, Singhe Hospitals has done it's job. But the hospitality of receptionists and nurses at the front are highly doubted by my own experience.
