  Lady at the channelling reception don't know how to communicate with the clients. Talked in an arrofant way. Didn't explain the details properly and in a kind manner.

  This was happened three years back and I went to pay hospital bill but at that day account was not there but there is a lady she told me X amount but no detail bill , So I asked from her ,give me detail bill then she went to inside and then another nurse came with that detail bill with ( X - 8000 lkr) and she apologized behalf of her. So always ask from them about detail bill If you have to pay something.
