Quite pleasant place, it's a private home turned into 4 room low budget hotel. Surprisingly quite clean and friendly hosts. Please do not expect soap, shampoo or any toiletries. Bring it before coming. Comparing what you are paying they are providing much better services. Lions Rock is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very nice place close to the Rock.Prices depend of the room you choose.Very clean and cossy.The family is very nice and helpful.They can organize anything for you,tours ,driving to any place etc.The mother coocks wonderful everything is tasty and delicious.We highly recommend this place

Traveling solo through Sri Lanka. This is a nice and clean guest house run by a family. Cheap room with fan and mosquito net. A couple of minutes away from Lions Rock, don't miss the view from it's back yard, a wonderful sight of the Rock and rice fields surrounding the place . Almost 400m from the city center. No need for taking tuk tuks to move around.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Zimmer war nicht geputzt, keine Seife, sehr teuer für miserablen Standard, Wlan wird aus Boshaftigkeit um 21 Uhr ausgeschaltet, Frühstück wurde uns zusätzlich berechnet, Check out um 10 Uhr, danach mussten wir zügig die Unterkunft verlassen und sollten nicht mehr auf der Terasse sitzen bleiben

As a small, charming, village-side B&B property in a natural garden and rice fields setting, it's a place you'll easily find yourself melting into. The owner, Milton, and his family, thinks not twice about giving you all kinds of services you might need, at their personal best. This includes giving us (two persons) a lift with his tuk-tuk, with all four other members of his family, from the bus station to his property--gratis.

His garden is indeed a mini-paradise carved out of nature. Squirrels climb trees just as easily as they trot the power lines, birds cavort with a chain of songs trailing off their random trajectories in the air.
