The hotel is in front of a magnificent lake. The staff is helpful and the room was excellent, you can also have food there. There is almost nothing close to the hotel, you need to walk 10 min to tissamaharama city centre. So you will appreciate the quiteness, except for some moments where a local family, living close to the hotel was making noise, but I mean nothing terrible, just a baby crying.

Surrounded by the rice fields, this place located just on front of a like is a nice cosy place to stay. Good food, nice people, walking distance from the local temple which is nice to visit.

Location is beautiful in the middle of paddy fields, and it is very beautiful in the rice planting time as whole area greenish. The Tissa Lake is exactly in front of the hotel. Upstair rooms having the lake view. Friendly service, clean and nice rooms, very good food.

The setting of this Hotel is breathtaking. In the middle of a rice field with lake and mountain view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights to do a Safari in Yala National Park. The rooms are neet with AC and fan. On every floor are small seating areas (incl hammocks) where you can enjoy the view with a cold drink and a good book. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and really good curry!
We stayed here one night and had lunch and dinner here.
They even went up extra early to make us breakfast before we left for Ella.

És un gran hotel per passar-hi la nit i anar de Safari l'endemà. És nou, ben equipat, amb aigua que surt a pressió i aïllat del soroll. La nostra habitació tenia aire condicionat i ventilador. La gent de l'hotel era molt agradable i ens van preparar uns bons esmorzars per endur al safari. Està al costat mateix del llac i bastant lluny de la ciutat de Tissa, però no va ser un inconvenient per a nosaltres, ja que la ciutat no té res d'especial i només ens interessava el safari. El propietari es va oferir a portar-nos en cotxe fins a l'estació d'autobusos.

I have to stay in Tissa one night for Yala national park the next day,found this hotel on agoda but i called to book the room and a little bit cheaper than agoda. Room is clean and spacious with AC and hot water, the host arranged a jeep safari for 11000Rs--maybe 2000Rs higher than others..but the jeep was only for two of us other than taking 4-8 other tourists..when i saw a leopard ,I think the hotel and safari worth it~~
