  Great, new and modern hotel.
  Awesome Pool which has just been opened at the end of march 2018. Friendly staff and Good and Clean rooms. The food is awesome. There are only a few issues concerning the Speed of Service and Cuisine. But this will surely be solved After Short time.

  This is a very attractive hotel. It is stylish and well fitted out. The menu makes the meals sound less good than they are. The dishes of fish or prawns with vegetables are truly excellent and as good as you will find anywhere. The room was very smart and very large with a large comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The shower room was lovely but water pressure and drainage a little variable.
  
  We thought the accommodation, food and beer were very reasonably priced and excellent value.
  
  The main reason for staying here is to go on safari in Yala National Park. This is arranged with great efficiency and because of the 4.45am start a packed lunch is provided and is very adequate.
  
  The staff are well trained and the meal service is formal but very friendly. The service is somewhat slow but there is little hurry. We have seen the new swimming pool which will shortly be available and this looks most luxurious and as stylish as the rest of the hotel. Small irritations included no bedside table or bedside lamp. A shelf in the bathroom would have been useful

  The staff are really eager to help you out; they booked a private safari for us (commission no doubt added). The room was huge with comfortable mattress (although our double was 2 singles pushed together), 2 thick pillows and a/c & fan. 3 or 4 UK plugs with adaptors. Electric shower works well and separate area from toilet and sink. Quiet road so no problems with noise. Filling breakfast of toast, jams, egg and fruit plate served in the lovely communal garden area. Wifi was very slow.

  Beautiful Place, great breakfast and over all service. Only we found ourselves locked in the Building by 10pm and no possibility to go out or find the manager. But very Nice Place for refueling before Yala.

  Very nice place to get a rest. Rooms with AC and fan. Food is very good (sri lankan curry is, so far one of the best since arrive)and the owner is helpful, you can ask him tips, book taxi and prepare your morning safari with a very good company and keen driver😃.(we saw 3x the leppards)
  
  Breakfast included in the fee very tasty with good surprise for kids (chocolate paste).
  This guy does not cheat you. He is 5 stars. But I keep the 4 to keep him motivated.
  Very much recommended.
  
  Last advice : Kill the neighbor's dogs before going to bed.
