Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern. Klobrille war kapputt, sowie das moskitonetz am fenster. Gastgeber waren unfreundlich(ein good morning musste man sich schon fast erkämpfen). Unter dem bettlaken waren teile der decke sowie ein nagel. Der bereich richtung strand war sehr ungepflegt und insektenverseucht. Beim frühstück gabs toast der an den rändern verschimmelt aussah(haben ihn nicht gegessen). Und beim bezahlen wollten sie uns für die wäsche die wir waschen haben lassen 50% mehr als den abgemachten preis verrechnen ohne auch nur ein wort.

Strange atmosphere, not very friendly hosts & very noisy room at the front of the building as it was next to the road. Breakfast was included but don't expect too much! We missed breakfast on the 1st day as we went on a whale watching tour & on the 2nd day we were given 1 egg with some toast so I asked for 1 more egg & they still charged me extra! No one bothered even to say goodbye as we were leaving which we found to be quite rude.

Nice and clean place, however rooms are very hot (there is a good fan, which is getting this better), I sometimes can smell toilet from outside, no view from the window, the street outside is very busy and loud, even in the night.
The staff is very nice, kind and helpful, they are good cookers as well, however they are not very good in english. They arrange us whale watching for a very good price. There was not hot shower in the bathroom (which is normal on Sri Lanka, but they offer it). I thing there is not much privacy and no place to sit and chill very well. But it's a good value for this price.response / report this review
