  Great vibes right on the beach. Best prices, super friendly staff. The bartender makes the best pina coladas and delivers with a smile. The balcony rooms have a great view of the surf.

  This place has the perfect location.
  There is not much else I can be positive about. We wanted to have breakfast at 8am, but no-one was awake, 90 minutes later we decided to have breakfast somewhere else.
  The bathroom was dirty, which we mentioned to the staff so they could clean it. But nothing happened.
  AC was leaking and the curtains were stained.

  We came here with high hopes, as it was hot we opted for the more expensive AC room and later on disaster. The bedsheets were all dirty and room genrally in poor condition, later on in the night the AC wasnt working, the staff tried to get it working but later it always failed or the temperature was stuck on 28 degrees.
  
  So we took it with a pinch of salt, however in the morning we tried to get breakfast, the told us the chef wasnt in until 10:00. This is not acceptable. We later complained nicely and asked if we could have 1000 back from them as 4000 is the price for a non AC roôm. They refused!
  
  I would highly recommend NOT coning here. You will be disappointed.

  I almost died after eating in this restaurant. Kitchen is so dirty, but I saw it after I spend 2 nights in Matara Hospital

  - Rooms smell funny (mold) and have no (useable) windows

  Great if you like to spend your whole night listening to "doof doof" music commencing at about 10 pm and going all night at high volume.
