One of the best private hospital in the area. Good dental clinic with superior staff and clean appearance. But the girls who working at the front office must be more polite and knowledgeable.

If you are comming from your own vehicle, parking will be an issue for you due to limited space, narrow road, and unfriendly security guards.
Hospital has two buildings both has very limited parking spaces
You cant get an appointment over a phone call ,have to be there physically and get it with the payment, tey dont accept card payment for channeling.
During busy hours it get crowded and ventilation and lighting is very poor, Its like a cave in the evenings.
Have 24hr working opd and etu. minor Surgical procedures done at etu. Its well known plave for all sorts of dental procedures. And main categories of specialized consultants can meet in here.

We went there for a dental treatment with our 6 years old daughter (closest location for us). No possibility to make an appointment so you just wait few hours for your turn without any numbers, turnus etc called by name. Doctors don't deal with kids well. They are stressed and hurry when they see young patients. Not bad as for Sri Lanka but it could be much better

I went here per a month for about two years to get orthodontics.My orthodontist is so friendly.As well the staff is good.But I had to hang around even 3 or 4 hours in somedays.The ability of channelling doctors through a smart phone is not given.We have to channel doctor by the reception itself of the dental.Then if we need to get early numbers we have to be there early most probably 5.00 or 6.00 a.m.So this is so inconvenient for the patiants.They don't follow easy ways to make the patients more comfortable with their service.

Friendly staff..
But very poor facilities on washing areasinsufficient area..shower hanging and galloping, not provided to hold it.if any patient with cannula, can not get a wash..because free hand require to hold the shower.
When going to make a complain, front office ladies telling no complain book providedplease go to ward and complain or go to first floor and complainwhen me asked to contact owner they are telling can not give owners contact no.can not contact him with hospital phone.He is refusing to get complains.at this time he is not at hospitalcome after 1hour like these 3rd class answers.
But i m giving my regards to staff

I took my foreign wife to see Dr. P.D.E.L Yapa. After waiting more than an hour after our appointed time, the doctor refused to see my wife based on the fact she was foreign. He told us to pay 3 or 4 times the normal charge and absolutely refused to listen to me when I tried to explain to him that she is a resident of Sri Lanka and should not be charged foreign prices. I later confirmed with the hospital and they told me that she should only be charged the normal fee, not 3 or 4 times. This was not our first visit to this hospital either. I can't speak for other doctors, but this doctor was rude and quite frankly, unethical.
