I visited this place for the first time,with my family,I couldn't believe wonderful servic eexcellent food&lodging there is a pool it was amazing and professional people for activities&excursions.this place has all the environment for relaxsation&entertainment.

We stayed here for about one week and we enjoyed it very much. Comfortable bungalows with A/C and chairs outside; clean swimming pool with shade beds. Good food and a helpful staff. Beach is only 50 meters away. Good place to rest for a while.

Exorbitant prices for subpar food. Fortunately the pool and cabanas are nice. The service is decent but there's no way to call/summon a waiter without actually going to the kitchen. They should fit electric bells to the cabanas. Their outrageous prices should cover that expense.

The air conditioning, beds and pool are good. And the manager Ifthikar was a hospitable and interesting person. We didn't try the food, as the rates along Kalpitiya are generally high and ate from outside instead. Thasleem hotel at the Norochcholai junction makes a mean fried rice for a really low price, huge portions per person. The beach (a short walk from the resort) is not ideal to wade in as it is quite steep.

Cabanas were quite clean and decent. However there is no room service or bedside tea. Bathrooms have no toiletries. The pool is not deep enough for adults but it is kept clean nevertheless. 100m walk to the beach. Price is decent off season but can inflate exorbitantly during the season of whale/dolphin watching. Ambiance is great, although the food menu is quite limited, food is quite bland and some dishes are overpriced given the poor quality of food. Overall it's an okay place for bed and breakfast but the shortcomings would be too inconvenient for a longer stay of 2 days or more.

Place is locat d in a coconut grove, is clean and 100m away from beach. Accomodation is provided in cabins. There is a small kid pool and plenty of room for kids to runaround. Food is good and serves local and western cousine. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in kalpitiya on the sea side. A good place for dolphin watching tours if the weather is right. One down side is you can hear the windmills along the beach if the wind is strong. The area is hot even with the coconut grove and sea breeze, therefore a AC room should be booked.

Great location to chill. Cabanas are located in a large, clean sandy garden.

Awesome place to spend your vacation. They are serving really nice seafood & other sri lankan foods. I went twice to the hotel. It was really a good place to spend your holidays.
