Great Sri lankan curry!

Decided to spoil ourselves before returning to cold Scandinavia after three weeks in Sri Lanka with a short stay here. Our budget double room was a luxurious little hut perfect for two; the pool is so nice to relax in and the whole resort is very well designed. Food was above average and the service was just right, not constantly in your face but attentive and efficient when needed. At just 17K rupees for two this was an absolute bargain. Heartily recommend dolphin watching as well, lots of dolphins and you're dropped off 40 meters from your delayed breakfast back at the resort.

Highly Recommend! What a gem, beautiful beach resort, friendly and helpful staff. It's a small place and there weren't a lot of guests when we were there which made it feel even more special.
We had a budget double cottage and you really get a lot for your money. It's rustic and homely, but still feels luxurious. The cottage is beautifully constructed and has both a front yard and small back yard, but we spent most of the time at the stunning infinity pool and the cosy bar and restaurant. The budget double does not have air-conditioning, but it had two powerful fans which kept us cool at night, so there is no need to worry about the lack of AC.
The dolphin watching was spectacular, it lasted a couple of hours and most of that time was spent among big groups of dolphins.
I would also recommend the massage treatments, I had a head and back massage which was heaven.response / report this review -

A true Sri lankan sea side getaway. Live surrounded by elements. Only the sound of the sea, the breeze and the birds here.

We had the best time here. Beautiful setting, great personnel and delicious food. We learned how to cook Sri Lankan curries!
