Moratuwa they have Self-service pizza hut. not bad. but if you are going to eat it at the pizahut moratuwa, itself you will have to wait and ask for a glass of water even at the end. or the manager has to push the staff several times to serve a glass of water . Though they charge the same amount of service charge. They have very limited range of pizza served . No matter what you order all the pizza tastes the same taste. only color differs. went there 2017/10/12

Review 2. Tried their Triple Treat Box promo. Worth it. Appetizers, two pizzas and two lava cakes all for 2650. Ordered online and delivered in less than 30 mins.

The Food is good, but whenever I call their hotline for a delivery they never keep a track of my number and each and everyday they call me from another name and I need to repeat my address,Contact number etc again and again. The worst part is they keep me on hold for so long just to type the address I say. That's ridiculous.

The chillie chicken pizza we got was charred and the BBQ wings were not properly cooked whilst coming with very little sauce. Also, our drinks were served in glass type cups and not the usual bottle. Asked for Tabasco from server. They didn't give. Had to get bottle myself. I doubt the food they serve here is actually upto international standards for the price they charge. (14/01/2017)

Aside from the obnoxiously loud blaring noise that was blasting out of a massive speaker set right at the entrance to the restaurant, and the equally obnoxious and blinding LED light flashing at you as you tried to find the door handle of this Pizza Hut, I would say the food was alright.

This stuff they make at Pizza Hut in Sri Lanka could hardly be described as Pizza. It's mostly bready crust topped with mediocre ingredients. We customized a Margherita pizza and added some toppings to try to get as close to a pizza as possible, with moderate success.

But let's get back to that blaring noise and blinding light. I asked the staff and manager for a rational explanation as to why anyone would think it would be a good idea to shock,
annoy and create distress for people attempting to enter their restaurant. Apparently they play this stuff they call "music" every Weekend evening, according to the manager who seemed annoyed with my question. As I was ordering, each time the cashier would ask me a question, someone would walk in or out of the restaurant, meaning no one could hear anything until the door shut and the horrendous noise level was reduced. People would cringe and make all sorts of faces as they attempted to muscle their way through this hideous and tacky attempt to attract attention to a Pizza Hut of all places. This was quite amazing in a bad way!

Pizza Hut Moratuwa: if you read this, please turn that garbage off!

The kids taking orders and serving were very courteous and professional, which I appreciated!
