Hands down this is one of the best service I’ve received from a retail organisation.
Chethana, has been providing valuable information about the items and quantities. She went onto check what’s available and got back to me with a prompt response. My best experience by calling from overseas to get something organised in Sri Lanka.
Chethana is the epitome of customer service and Bata is extremely lucky to have such wonderful employees.
Apart from the experience, I appreciation the service offered to deliver the items purchased anywhere in Sri Lanka for a very reasonable price. I am now waiting for the goods to be delivered and can provide an update about that experience too.

Since last afternoon I'm calling them in all the possible numbers but nobody answers the phone. Even they have two numbers saying Hotline and never answered my calls. I've never seen such a ridiculous service from any other places. Totally idiots

Bata is one of the best shoe Manufacturer in Sri Lanka. But this 2-star feedback for their poor customer service has given me by them. I have ordered a pair of Shoes. my interested pair of shoe is available to sale on the website. but they don't have in their stock. the bata.lk is not updated. very poor customer service. I waited for their phone call regarding my order. but anyone didn't call me, totally waste time and phone credits.

Doesn't deserve even one star. Putrid service. I bought a pair of Schroll Sandals for Rs 6,000/- on June 2016 and hardly 01 months use, the stitches gave way. I returned the sandals to my dealer, Majestic City Branch and they promised to send it to Bata head office. I am still awaiting a response to date. Numerous reminders has had no effect.
No more Bata for me.

Doesn't deserve for one star.
I went to buy a pair slipper to ratmalana bata.The staff members motivated me to buy hush puppies sandles for 7999.90 saying it is branded and you have a 6months warranty. I bought it and hardly used for 3 or 4 months It was torn.I lost the bill also. But when I came to ask what to do they said was it has only 2months warranty and can't do without bill.I accept that without bill they can't trace.Why they said warranty is only 2month. They act like they have no connection with this slippers. They don't have the solution for repair also. Finally I threw the slipper in the bin.
Very poor quality products with poor service.
Generally Bata products are good.
But don't go to Ratmalana branch.
Don't buy hush puppies brand in bata.
