This is a good middle level hotel with access to the beach. Rooms and food were of average quality and place is quiet and relaxing.

I'm so disappointed that I booked my friend's family at this place. They have beefed of extra towels to begin with. Even the water at dinner had to be purchased. I joined my friend for dinner and the staff were so rude at the restaurant cause they wanted to remove the buffet early. I will never recommend this place to anyone. So disappointed.

The hotel isn't one of the best in Trincomalee, but it makes up for it by having an excellent oceanside. They offer direct trips to Pigeon island national park. The rooms are OK, with good bathroom facilities and livable conditions, but the most of the rooms are not meant for staying indoors. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is quite good. It is a good place worth the price. 👍👌☺

Excellent Ocean !! People go here for the private beach. It is like a pool , amazing ! The hotel is nothing to write about. Avarage however for what they charge it's not bad at all. The beach is the best thing about this place !

Excellent location beach front. Friendly sraff with a smile on the face all times. Superb food buffet with live entertainment. Reasonable room rates. Recommend to any person local or tourists. Thilak and sohan.

It's amazing hotel staff is very kind. Pool also very clean and neat. Rooms very comfortable. Wash room is bit small but can manege. Main thing is that place is very peaceful.

Long term neglection makes it a very shabby. Lazy (and very fat) management staff that rather would like to see your personal photos than be hospitable. No staff a the beachside to help guests. Racist reception staff undermining Tamil population that predominantly inhabit this area, saying that we are in Sri Lanka and Tamil has no place here.

Very well located, very beautiful empty beach, but really bad managed. Completely overpaid. Service was not, what we inspected. You get asked several times your room number, instead of for ex taking care about the completely overworked wifi. Wifi was not working at all. We stayed 4 nights there and had the impression, that the employee got treated not well enough. The employees tried their best, but the management sucks. Really sad, not a holiday feeling at all.

Great experience at this place. Can accommodate small office meetings. Rooms and washrooms were clean. Food is amazing. Also they will assist you if you want to take a boat ride to the Pigeon Island. Friendly staff

Absolutely wonderful location. Great beach, quiet, beautiful blue waters, wonderful weather (mid June). Reasonably priced (especially with a deal from one of the travel sites). The buffet food was generally good (vegetarian options were adequate). The staff were generally friendly but not quite there with service so if you are looking for 5 star service, look elsewhere. With the on site spa, snorkeling and scuba services there was no reason to leave. We stayed for 5 nights.

Went there for a FB package. Breakfast and Lunch was good. There was limited varieties for dinner.
Pool was clean beach is superb. You should try snorkeling at pigeon island.
Staff needs to be trained properly.

I was there with my wife for a 2 nights stay. As those were exactly x'mas days, the whole atmosphere was in a party mood. The first meal we had was a lunch and it was a set menu. Apart from couple of meals, I loved the meals there, specially breakfasts. But the dessert should be improved. The room was also pretty good. I enjoyed the pool also a lot. But the vehicle parking is outdoor. And the staff here is friendly, but not that professional I may say. You can be relaxed at the beach there, very well. Don't miss the snorkeling at Pigeon island too, if you visit here.

Starting to look a bit dated, the rooms could do with a bit of freshening up. On our room few switches were broken, the shower door didn't shut fully and the shower was a bit strange. The air con could have been a bit better.

On the other hand location is ideal, and the pool was nice.
