Do not trust this accommodation, booked 3 months in advance but the booking was canceled shortly before arrival because they apparently can earn more from other guests. In retrospect, it turns out to be a dirty and dilapidated accommodation on the spot. Look for something else.

Fabulous place, loved our few days here. Comfortable & peaceful. Lovely food. Also, I left a valuable silver bracelet behind which they very kindly posted back it to me in the U.K. Highly recommend.

Rooms excellent, lovely Environment, access to clean beach, good service, superb food. Good place for family holiday. Totally worth the money.

This place is very quite. There are only seven rooms, ideal for those who want to escape the crowd. The food is excellent - said by an italian. The staff is friendly and professional.

Really peaceful location! The food is good, and the staff really helpful. Unfortunately the beach can be dirty (pretty unavoidable in Sri Lanka). Our room (Studio) was fantastic!

This is a great place to relax after touring. The beach is lovely but like many others either side of the area in front of the villa very littered Lots of plastic and bottles.
It would be possible to use as a base to go to Sigirya etc all about an hour away. The roads this side are much quirter.
Not much to do around the villa except relax.
The food is good but quite a limited choice.
