The Peacock Villa was so clean. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was amazing everyday. I'll be thinking about the fresh fruit for years to come.

Superb!!!! You'll have harder discussions than this to make abour your trip to Sri Lanka. Of the 6 hotels we stayed in over 2 weeks this is by far the best. Humble father and hardworking son make for a truly memorable stay. Both are so relaxed, nothing is a problem and they come up with alternatives best for the guest rather than trying to earn a cut of any suggestions they make. Iced coffees out of this world, 5 minutes walk from the beach, the best food places within walking distance.

This is a lovely family-run guesthouse, just off the main road in Mirissa. As it is slightly set back it is much quieter, but still just moments from the beach etc. The staff are really kind and helpful and the guesthouse is ran meticulously, they have thought of everything. Breakfast is great and service is excellent. I would highly recommend Peacock Villa.

The room was huge with a big comfy bed. Nice to have aircon and 2 fans. Large balcony overlooking a small lagoon, we could see a peacock most mornings. Bathroom big enough with a great shower with hot water and good pressure. Large clean towels and soft bed linen, with plenty of pillows. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very quiet location but so close to the beach. Breakfast was very bland and not worth what it costs! Recommend going out, lots of cheap places nearby.

Great location, very friendly staff. Quiet enough to sleep peacefully away from the honking traffic along the beach yet easily accessible through a footpath that allows you to see various animals along the lagoon on your way to the shore. AC cold, showers hot, WiFi fast . No detail overlooked. Highly recommended.

Lovely place away from the Main Street, but only less than 10 minutes walk to the beach via main road or 5 minutes via the footpath shortcut. Nice view and quiet. Staff are extremely nice and helpful, waited for the tuktuk at the entrance early in the morning for the pickup for whale watching, and drove us to the bus stop to catch our bus to Galle.

A lovely little b&b away from the hustle of the main road. Brand new very well maintained rooms. Large and well furnished, with large clean modern bathrooms. No restaurant on the premises though.
