Apartment stay was really satisfying. Pleasent staff and food. Clean, tidy amd comfortable beds. Would recommend this to another! A must try

The one if best n centrally located 5* class apartment in heart of Colombo. Main shopping places n food city outlets are near by. Easy access to the nearest bus station n railway station / hospital n many more.
A decent n reputed brand to enjoy your Colombo stay with family of 6 maximum in an apartment, and also a good choice for a gathering.response / report this review -

Visited one time there for a job related product launching program which was conducted in a meeting room. Interior and hospitality is great. Food supplied by the residencies also good. But i dont gave any experience about rooms and restaurants

It was a night function which I attended and food was ok, not the best certainly.
Dessert was also pretty average.
Conference room arranging and the wash room facilities were excellent.
With the name being Hilton I expected more honestly. Ample parking was available, so no issues were there. So overall I think the experience was above average.response / report this review -

Good :
* Lot of options to serve.
* Food is yummy.
* Good place to have training sessions, Team meetings etc.
Bad :
* During one of my visits here I experienced something that shouldn't have happened at a hotel in this category. One guest used the spoon she used to serve a pork to serve other dishes and there was no one to stop her. And surprisingly no one corrected this either and I had to warn one of my Muslim friends who attended the same function with me about this. If there was someone from the hotel supervising this wouldn't have happened ! Worst part is this happened at the area where the main course was served.

Suitable venue for weddings and corporate events. Few halls available here for different sized events. Nothing special to complain of compliment about staff, food and the service. Access is easy to this place form the main road however the parking space is limited.

A well throughout out spaces for reception and other events, over three ballrooms, in three floors. (I was only attending an event, not taking residence)
Good facilities for any event, from sound systems to seating to food. You'll do well to chose this venue. Be mindful of the menu as the low budget events may suffer from less than memorable dining experiences.response / report this review -

The food of the hotel reception was delicious with a huge variety. From the starter to main meal, all the items were really good. However the service of the staff (waiters) were not that great. They must train the employees in a way to give the guests a world class service to maintain its name.

Nice place to have a corporate event, but the Union Ballroom is having pillars middle of the hall, therefore the space cannot be utilize fully.

The rooms smell of cigarettes!! But the service from the staff is excellent. 3 stars becuse of good service otherwise one and a half. The place is in need of a refresh and none smoking rooms. Get with the times.Not hilton quality.

One of the few international chain hotels in Colombo. We were upgraded to a Three bedroom apartment on a topmost floor with a view of complete Colombo skyline & sea. Apartment was uniquely designed to get a view of city from every room. Apartment was very spacious with every possible facilities in it. It is located in the upscale areas of Colombo closer to Galle road & hence quite expensive! Buffet breakfast is wide spread with various options of Continental, Indian, Chinese & Srilankan delicacies. Don't forget to try out food prepared from Coconut, especially a dosa made out of Coconut milk which is a must try. Overall a good hotel for business stay.

The Hilton Colombo Residence is one top place to be , whether it's for busniess or pleasure . I've been hear couple of times , the parking is ample and has 3 levels of car park . I attend a meeting in level 3 , the food served was really good , with a wide selection . Staff was really keen and helpful . I have to add Clean washrooms , This level has a gym and pool . This was lovely experience however when I attend a meeting in level 1 the service was not up to satisfaction , the good wasn't good due to limited range . Never the less the level might be of different pricing and varying level services but overall Recommended .
