The rooms are nothing too fancy but are clean and comfortable with a/c and views of the ocean. The restaurant has good, healthy options and caters to vegetarians quite well. The main attraction is its location being right on the beach, and the pool is lovely.

Very busy, full of foreigners, beautiful swimming pool, attached sea beach, food, rooms, amenities.. Good resting place.. And yes good WiFi too..

Nice hotel on the beach - pros are you usually get a sun lounger and can move them down onto the beach if you want, free towels cushions etc..
Staff are nice until you checkout and they start adding miscellaneous items to your bill

Very nice place. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Very near to the beach and has its own pool too. Sea food is great. It got a very nice sea facing resturant. Their whale watching trips are also great.

Wonderful location right on the beach..very helpful and friendly staff. View is great and food spread is awesome..The staff even packed us our breakfast when we went whale watching early morning..rooms are also very spacious..in all a great place to be in Mirissa.

You walk in the door and you are in paradise. Palm trees and crashing waves from your balcony. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The building itself fits the natural aesthetic perfectly. It's not 'kitchy' or ostentatious. It's rough around the edges which is perfect.
Food is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars. It's good without being great. Love this place! Definitely coming back.

Direct access to the beach (also for the restaurant). Free sun beds. Pool very near to the sea. New wing for better rooms. WiFi OK.

Great pool for a day visit and deck chair in the shade with access to pool and beach for 500rs, good plan for kids, reasonably food prices for lunch on the beach

Room is okay but the bathroom is horrible. Shower was broken, dirty and full of mold. For the price of 140$ per night an absolutely no-go. The room smelled a bit and next to the Hotel is a big construction side. Dinner and breakfast are good but there was no water available at the breakfast.

Beach is awesome.

Average overall food okish.delux room let down by the bathrooms very small shower..views stunning although the sea is loud with very large crashing waves. .Beach at night awesome bars all lit up and choose your own fish although very busy .

This place could easily be a 5. The setting and location are superb. The hotel buildings have been half renovated so some parts are nice while other parts are a bit awful (e.g. the bathroom in our room). The buffet dinner is very low-budget. The lawn and Mirissa Beach are idyllic and the place is not too busy so getting loungers was easy.
