I went there for Badminton tournament there. They have 5 courts but use 3 for tournament. Rain water drops to the courts and delayed matches several times. Shuttle speed is very high need to play close to net for out side region players. Worst wash rooms. There is many places to stay close by. To buy something need to go to town it is too far in our situation.

One of my favorite places on this earth! I always enjoyed the horse racing and i always go to this peaceful place to watch horse racing! There are plenty of beautiful horses all around and there are lot of greenery with a a cold weather! Its breathtaking! Such a wonderful and well maintained racecourse!

One of the best places to spend your leisure time if you are in Nuwara Eliya. The place belongs to the Nuwars Eliya Municipal Council. If you want to play on the main ground, reservations must be made ahead of time after paying relevant charges. Good for cricket matches and soccer games. The pavilion is not that large so, the number of seats available are limited.

One of the best places in NuwaraEliya to host an outdoor event. The horse races and other sports events are a regular sight here in the month of April. During the end part of December and early January, snow can be seen in early mornings.
