  This place has Air Conditioned Hall for Social Activities which belong CMC. Apart from that, project office of Grater Colombo Water and Waste Water Management Project is located here.

  This place houses few project offices of the Colombo Municipal Council and I went to one of these offices. There is adequate parking space, but most of the time you may have to wait few minutes to park, especially during the office hours.
