This is to inform and express the extreme dissatisfaction we've faced at the clinic today due to the DELIBERATELY ILL SERVICE of the so called male "Assistant".

Firstly, please ensure that this so called "Assistant" knows the meaning of a proper service towards the customers, way of handling, and to have a proper decent attitude towards them. Perhaps, he has no idea of it, but for a noble Doctor like Dr. Gunawardane, it must be developed. Extremely dissapointed with his ill-reputed service, not to mention his way of arguable speaking.

Never seen such an Assistant in the field of Veterinary with such a questioning and disrespectful attitude. What was noticed was the patients; innocent animals were not even given a dedicated concern by proper monitoring. Even dying animals had to be staying in the queue. Seriously, this system of service has to be changed (except for Dr. Gunawardane). Is that what an assistant supposed to be doing?! 👏

Hope this brings attention to ensure that this does not happen again, and that so called "Assistant" is aware of his responsibilities and the real service in a Veterinary clinic; including respecting both customers and patients which is highly important. Pathetic!!!

Not only for high breeds need to pay good attention to the street cats and dogs too..

Do not go there. If you go there always check dog's medicine with other qulified veterinary. One of surgeon gave me tablet should only give once daily. She asked me to give twice which should not allowed. I contacted qualified vetinary surgeon in England. They were so helpful and advice me to just give half daily . Because my dog is only 10kg. Be careful if you love your pet. In the end she just did not care . I will Never recommend to anyone .

All our dogs for the past 15 years or so have been looked after by the the vets here. Dr. Gunewardena, the main vet and the others there know what they are doing and gentle with the animals. The kennel boarding service there is also good and convenient. We have boarded our dogs there a couple of times and they have been well looked after.

The doctors seem good but the attention given to each pet is not adequate. The place could get extremely busy where you may have to wait more then 2-3 hours on a bad day. Main concern is the time allocated to each pet. Rating low as attention is a main element I look for when I take my doggies to a vet and this place doesn't seem to be able to provide that. No cards accepted. Cash only.
