  GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS WELL.THEIR PRICE IS LESS THAN OTHER SHOPS.THEY HAVE ALL BRANDS.THEIR ACCESSORIES ARE CHEAP BECAUSE OF THEIR GOOD SERVICE I HAVE VISITED MORE THAN TWO TIMES. DIALCOM IS A GOOD PHONE SHOP THAT I HAVE EVER VISITED.

  best place to buy a valuable item. this is my second phone i am purchasing . good phones .nice customers service. he was very polite and help me to answer all my question.they have more verities of accessories. i recommend Ja Ela branch to my friends..

  Worst place to buy a valauble item. Pls never visit them. Top class cheaters. Dnt kno even how to serve to customers. Really arrogant. But their Kolpity branch is somewhat ok to buy something. But Ja Ela people jst keep it open they dnt want to sell. I hate them.

  The salespeople are nice and the goods are of top quality. Lower rating because they didn't have stock even though in the site they said they did. Hope they'll add a option to see which phones are in stock in which branch.

  One of the worst shops I ever visited. Sales guy was no where to be found when we went but the shop displayed an open sign. After a while he came out yawning. Still had no sense of customer care or what so ever
