The place is owned by a Japanese gentleman, stepping in the café you get the vibe, the place is clean and decorated nicely with a bit of japaneae art deco touch. This is the only place I found in kandy where you can buy Matcha products, ranging from latte's to Machan waffles. Can find udon and curry rice too. Food is nice but over priced specially after the 15% Tax.

Tried out the Matcha Latte and the Ice Matcha Latte. It was really nice. And the service is really nice.

Best coffee in Sri Lanka. A great effort to bring back the historic coffee growing regions overtaken in the 1800s by British tea production.

The brandy coffee was good. The cost is kind of high for coffee but it is for tourist and is comfortable.

Great coffee. That's it. If you want a good cup of coffee in Kandy, you go here. The food was nothing special, and the service was not that impressing either.

When I drink coffee I wish for relaxed happy place. Coffee here is ok. Ambiance is boring with no special sphere. Girls working here are dressed up like working in a Michelin star restaurant and do not expect smile. Food is very average.

Highly overpriced coffee. Prices in the menu are increased by as much as 28perc when it comes to pay the bill. Plus they convert rate themselves if you pay by card in other currency. Coffee made in less than half min, not worth even half of price - ice coffee filled with ice cubes, mostly milk and shot of expresso.

Very relaxed place, great service and decent coffee in a great location near the temple of tooth relic. Try the cheesecake, it's top notch. Also has takeaway coffee sachets that you can mix with boiling water to make coffee which was handy for us to buy for the towns with no coffee shops.

Loved the Sri Lankan coffee grown locally. The french toast was tasty with what looked to be local honey. They also contribute part of their profits to a women's cooperative so they are a good business to support.

Best coffee in Kandy - maybe even in Sri Lanka. They roast their own great coffee. Ask for french press if you want the best natural coffee. Oh and try the sri lankan ive cream too. Very good place for coffee addicts.

Good place to leisurely enjoy a nice coffee of your choice from the menu having various options. They even have special offers on selected days and we got a half rate offer on the day we visited. Nice ambiance!

Very good cappuccino and tee! Just the piano music was a little bit annoying from time to time but it was not too loud ;)

Isn't exactly the most flashy place, but then again it isn't trying to be flashy. More laid back, has a Kandyan look inside, has aircon, the Latte I had was good, and it wasn't overly expensive. The service was quick. Free WiFi available. Worth a try for sure.

one the most popular place among the tourists who visit kandy.they serve the best coffee in town .the price is a bit high but worth a try.
they also have savories and snacks.we tried a ham and cheese sandwich which was delicious.
the place is decorated with artifacts .you get a strong feeling that you are entering an asian temple when you enter the shop.
