Great place and a base for the area. The host is incredibly knowledgeable,, the food is seriosly delicious, and if you need a driver his brother is both a superb driver, very safe, has great English-language.
One fact. We experienced quite a few power blackouts on our trip in several different areas of Sri Lanka, and these sometimes trip the fusebox, so Always check to see if the outage is real or just a local power box issue.response / report this review -

The tree house was incredible, our little one was very happy and I am sure he will always remember this place. Also, the spa was a really good experience.

5 stars are less.. I wish I could give 10 or 20. This place is a paradise. It's like heaven. Close to nature with beautiful birds butterflies monkeys and small commodo dragon. Also has a spa which is probably best ayurvedic massage place in Sri Lanka. Will return to this place.. highly recommend!!!

A nice place right in the "jungle". The owner is really friendly and professional. The food is great (more spicy next time, please) and the rooms are comfortable. Also ayurveda massages and sauna are available, too.

Fantastic location, great accomodation and everybody goes out of their way to help you. Great for Elephant safari, Polonnurwa and Sigiriya. Eco friendly accomodation with great spa facilities and wonderful food.

Great accommodation. We stayed in the tree house room. The rooms are very comfortable and the deck was great for sitting on. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. No alcohol, is served, but they do allow you to bring your own to dinner. The Ayuverdic massage is a must. The food too is excellent although a bit mild. I did ask for chili and they gave me a spiked up coconut sambol.

Friendly and helpful staff, sorted us out with jungle safari and other trips. Food pretty good, heat slightly tempered for the western palette which is a shame as we like chilli. Rooms fine if a little dated in places.
