Everything is good, but 1 star because, no one answer the phone. They have 2 numbers tried both during their work time. Adding to that, I wrote an email to inquire some details it's been days and no response yet. Not sure they check emails or not like other typical gov offices

Incorrect contact number. Doesn't answer the correct one at least. Should have a Telephone operator system. People go through endless hours of journey just to get information.

Its now available opposite to Colombo boc..2 nd floor..they take us in t building at 6.30 token issues out side t ministry..N able to enter around 7 am..starting to collect documents 7.30 am..U can collect ur attested documents within 15 minutes..N the birth n marriage certificates want to b registered after 2008.. if not the certificates want to b 're registered n submit..

Ah Visited around 5 times for attestation of educational certificates. You may have to go to very early to wait in the ques.

The service is excellent and more over the staff is polite and very helpful. It's good if it remains at the Ceylinco building. Very convenient traveling.

You have nothing to left any document there because they scan your document.. not hard copy..

Try to be there by 8am. Collect your coupon and wait. Make sure to carry all the photo copies and the relevant documents to avoid returning on the following day / week. Had to visit twice due to an error in the documents. Almost all are helpful staff and person in charge Mr.Saman is really helpful and kind , when some people are having trouble even to get up from their seat to move the documents around. And for god sake do not go to the gentleman in counter 11 !!!

First have to take token then you have to go 3rd floor . After payment they will inform in tv display. Quick Good service. Go earlier.
