This is the company which has 6 licenses for Electricity Generation(1), Electricity Transmission(1) and Electricity Distribution(4= DD1, DD2, DD3, DD4) in Srilanka. Many divisions are running in this company technically and non technically.

Whenewer and whatever I complain on quality of supply and services of CEB dept. in Tangalle, it remains unchanged and awful. Daily break downs in line, ups and downs in line from 135 to 195 Volts. No reaction of local engineers and other servants. Nobody is punished or has responsibility. Meanwhile I pay on business tariff as foreigner. Incredible discrimination and absence of respect and service to clients. After all you wish to attract foreign investments to your country, hah?
I requested 3 times to replace the meter from one end of the building to another. Wait for 2 weeks, they said in Angunakolapelessa CEB dept. What the shame you do while I pay for consumption. Still even this problem is not sorted out. They don't care about our time, money and their reputation.
Tolerance and respect are nomore to this organisation in Tangalle and Angunakolapelessa. Shameless buroccrats!

I reported a fault today to their reporting telephone line. There was a bit of a wait, which was annoying. But, I received a SMS text as soon as I hung up with a reference number for the complaint. The team arrived about 10-15 minutes later. From this experience I would say they're efficient.
