  Nice place, personally my go to place for a buffet while in matara or would recommend the spicy chilled batterd dello dish
  
  Also they have accommodation for a decent price in Matara. Plus you get easy acess to the sea just in front of the place. Plus it is within the Matara fort and in close proximity to the matara paravi dupatha temple

  Matara Resort is a very good place for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. You ger buffet from 8.30 morning. Reasonably priced. You can see an old mechanical fan. Loved the place.

  Very beautiful location situated in Matara town. 5 min to bus stand. Quality foods, good Buffet with good option. Liquor available in restaurant. Very tasty food with quick fresh service. Large parking facility available. Historically nice place good service.

  A place to have meals (lunch or dinner ) with budget prices. Cleaned environment with parkin and breeze of southern sea. But no out side tables are arranged to enjoy the sea views.

  One of the best places to stay with family at Matara. Book rooms well ahead. Foods are good.
  This place was renovated after destruction by Tsunami. You can see the old ventilator (fan) which is still in funtion in the dinning hall.
