  We stayed here for 4 days. Shared Play for Peace with NextGen youth for 2 days.
  You wouldn't find many places like this in Colombo.
  It's run by Nirbaya and she is involved in many initiatives including running a safe space for women once a month, yoga classes everyday.
  
  They serve organic food, the smoothies are healthy and delicious. The pita roll with vegetable filling is awesome. The traditional SriLankan food, rice and curry, pittu, String Hooper are all excellent. They also make great dosa.
  Mantra life is also a certified vendor of organic products by Good Market initiative.
  
  There are some rooms available for stay, rooms are comfortable and clean.
  
  Overall it's a happening place. You can have meaningful conversation with Nirbaya and also with Badri, her son. They are very friendly and helpful.

  Sharmily and her family are very attentive and helpful. Mantra Life Centre is absolutely nice and cozy!, it is very clean and so bright.
  Mantra Life Centre has been proudly serving healthy food, and services are great. I will recommend Mantra Centre for my friends and family in the future. Keep up your good work Mantra Life Centre

  Mantra Life Center is an social enterprise that supports health, well-being, and quality of life through a holistic mind, body, emotion and spirit approach. The Center offers yoga, mindfulness practice, awareness programs, classes, workshops on wellness, theater art of music, paint & drama and many programs for children. It also has a restaurant specializing in natural and healthy food.
